Valentine’s 2014: Girly baking day
Sunday 16th
Me and Tor went round to our friend Gemma’s on Sunday for a catch up and girly day. Gemma asked for my help in baking a birthday cake for Ella’s upcoming birthday, as her previous attempts had turned out a bit dry. I’m always pleased to help my friends, especially when it’s to do with baking!
The three of us had a lot of fun baking and decorating Ella’s two birthday cakes.
We made a two-tier chocolate fudge cake lined with chocolate fingers and topped with a 1D transfer.

And also a victoria sponge cake in the shape of a butterfly with strawberry frosting, green glitter and white chocolate stars.

A fun and productive day with a great outcome. What a nice way to end Valentine's weekend.
